Piano Memory Games

Have you ever had a student who said their piece was memorized, but when they played it for you at their lesson it all fell apart? These Piano Memory Games were created to help you teach your students how to memorize piano pieces with intention and confidence.

Included in this resource are 25 memory games. Each game is in one of four categories: Memorize (games that help you memorize music), Test Your Memory (games that test how well you have your piece memorized), Memorize + Test (games that help you memorize AND test your memory), and Find Your Focus (games that test your focus and nerves). Each card includes a small badge in the bottom right corner that tells which type of game it is.

Print the cards double-sided with the “flip on long edge” setting, cut each page in half and connect the cards with a binder ring. Use them in your piano lessons to teach good memorization skills, or send them home with students so parents know how to help at home. These games will help your students memorize their next recital piece with confidence!
